• Characters will be 'similar' in likeness to your submitted child - It won't be an exact match.
• There may be some minor visual quirks the final images.
• Text formatting and story content may change from the images shown.
• The quality of your submitted character image is very important. Please read our character image guidelines

Each Crafted Tale is carefully created by our team before being sent to our specialist printing partners.

When you order a Crafted Tale, we request an image to use as inspiration for your main character.

We may also request approval before your book goes to print.

At our discretion, we may ship orders without approval if we have not recieved approval within 10 working days of your order.

We reserve the right, to cancel any order which cannot be fulfilled due to a lack of character image, or pre-print approval.

Each of our physical book (softcover, or hardback) crafted tales is carefully created by our printing partners using very high quality, durable paper.
