This page explains how we handle the images you entrust us with for making your personalised storybooks. We promise to keep it straightforward and easy to understand.

 

Uploading Images

• Your Role: By sending us your images, you’re giving us the thumbs-up to use them for creating your storybook.
• What We Do With Them: We only use your pictures to craft the storybook you’re excited about. That's their sole purpose.

 

Security and Safety

• How We Keep Them Safe: Your images are stored securely, with top-notch measures to prevent any unauthorised peeks.
• Encryption is Key: We ensure that your images are encrypted, making them secure both while they're being sent to us and when stored on our servers.

 

Privacy Matters

• Strictly Confidential: Your pictures are your business, not anyone else’s. We don’t share them with outsiders.
• Who Sees Your Images: A small team of our storybook creators, sworn to confidentiality, will access your images when they’re working on your book.

 

After the Storybook is Complete

• Deleting Your Images: As soon as your storybook is ready, we say goodbye to your images by removing them from our system.
• Want to Know When They’re Gone?: Just ask, and we’ll confirm once we’ve deleted your images.

 

Keeping Up With Standards

• Regular Check-Ups: We regularly review how we handle your images to make sure everything is up to snuff.
• Policy Updates: If we tweak how we do things, we’ll keep you in the loop.
